PRICES FOR 2008
Management: hunts start at $2500.00
Trophy: hunts $4000.00 Trophy fee $2000.00 (4x4 or better or gross scoring 130)
*Additional charge of $200.00 per inch for any buck gross scoring over 130

NON HUNTERS: $150.00 per day
PIG HUNTS: $500.00 and up
TURKEY HUNTS: $350.00

TERMS AND CONDITONS:
A 50% deposit must be received within 7 days of booking a hunt and the balanced paid in full upon arrival. All cancellations must be within 30 days of opening day of the season.
Deposits are nonrefundable and are required to hold the spot you have booked.
*Deposits can be changed to another open slot if available in the event of a emergency.
*We can help you obtain your tags and licenses for you.
If you are unable to make a hunt you have booked the deposit may be moved to another hunt date if available.
Diamond C Outfitters reserves the right to cancel a hunt at anytime due to a emergency, closures, adverse weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control.
At which time a full refund of any fees paid or a alternative date can be booked.
WOUND POLICY
It’s unfortunate but it does happen
If a rifle or bow hunter wounds and does not recover his animal, the animal is considered down and the hunt is now over. A hunter can choose if available to continue the hunt for a fee. If a second animal is wounded and not recovered the hunt is over and the hunter is responsible for all fee’s.
